At the “Bouquet on the Cake” workshop,

participants will create a fresh flower arrangement on a 4-inch cake from @charmybakeryy—widely known as one of the finest bakeries in New York.

You’ll begin by filling and frosting a pre-prepared cake sheet, then wrap the cake in a bouquet-inspired style before completing it with a lush floral design.

​

What makes this class unique is the opportunity to learn Forest Moritoki’s know-how for conditioning fresh flowers for cakes, along with techniques for creating full, dimensional floral arrangements.

All materials needed for the class will be prepared in advance.
