hands-on experience that seamlessly blends high-end Korean baking with professional

floral artistry.

Together, we will handcraft a signature Korean-style cake—layering a finely textured,

house-baked Matcha Genoise with a luscious raspberry cream. Beyond the baking,

you will learn the essential protocols for safely sanitizing fresh blossoms, followed by

the secrets to structured floral arrangement and our signature "cake bouquet"

wrapping technique.

To complete this refined afternoon, artisanal refreshments will be served, and all remaining premium blooms will be thoughtfully packaged for you to take home.
