1. flower class

Through this class we gonna make flower cake based on floral foam (non edible). The lecture will be start with exploring shapes and traits of various flowers. After discussing characters of flowers, we are gonna sculpt our own flower design based on floral foam
This class mainly focusing on how to design fluffy volume over floral foam and give a touch of lively color.

2. bento cake class

This class focus on giving harmony to cake and flowers in size and color aspect.
Cake will be prepared in crums-coated conditon, so class will start with icing phase.
This cake can be served 1~2 people, keep the cake refrigerated until served. And eat within 3days. The cake flavor is ‘lemon yogurt blueberry’, if you have special condition such as allergy please let me know in hand.
(Recipe is not included)
