This sunday I’ll be at @cloudydonuts soho branch, selling the korean style cakes :)

I make everything from the genoise to the compote using the finest ingredients, including Italian flour and organic sugar.
*no artificial ingredients are included, such as colouring

For those who wish to experience a light and moist Asian cake, rather than the heavy and rich American cake, I invite you to join us :)
